A leader of a multi-generational family shares his perspective and experience in designing and implementing a flexible family governance structure to incentivize collaboration, encourage productivity and self-sufficiency, avoid demotivation, and help preserve his family's financial, social, and human capital.
This family's approach adapts the legal structures to fit around its goals and objectives, rather than sacrificing the latter to fit within commonly used legal structures driven by tax planning and wealth preservation.
