  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
  • Zoom Meeting

With Democrats in control of the Executive and Legislative branches of government, experts expect an effort towards changes in the current tax system. Join John Duane and Stephen Shimony of Bank of America Private Bank, as they review which items may be up for discussion, when this may take place, and in what ways in particular this may impact family business owners. The discussion will focus not on a prediction of the details of future legislation, but rather a forecast of what could be accomplished from a tax perspective in the months and years ahead.

Program Agenda:

  • 25 minutes - Presentation
  • 5 minutes - Q&A
  • 25 minutes - Discussion on member trends/events, client alerts, business opportunities
  • 5 minutes – AFHE Updates
